Main sponsors receive reduced pricing on exhibition space and priority booth selection (deadline November 7). The sponsorship includes four complimentary registrations with access to the scientific program. You are also welcome to use the congress logo in your own materials. Enhanced company information in the congress app is included.

Main sponsors may apply to host an industry symposium. For 2027, 12 symposium slots are available.
Proposals must be submitted by October 1 and are selected by the organizing committee.

Payment Terms

An invoice will be sent as soon as possible after booking is received by MKON, or at the latest 45 days prior to the event.
Full payment must be completed before the start of the congress.
MKON pays the venue in advance.

If your invoice requires a PO number/cost center not provided at booking, this must be submitted as soon as possible afterward.
