OUR GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read the important information below before registering.

CANCELLATION 2026
Free cancellation is valid until February 25th.

If you cancel your participation in the congress between February 26th and March 10th, 50% of the registration fee will be charged. After this date, a cancellation fee corresponding to the registration fee will be charged. The registration can be transferred to a colleague.
For information, additions and changes to your registration, please contact MKON.
Cancellation of hotel rooms before February 1st is free of charge, after that the full fee will be charged.
MKON only accepts written cancellations via email to jenny@mkon.se. Any refund will be made after the congress.

Cancellations and/or changes must always be made directly to MKON and not to the hotel.

NAME CHANGE
Transfer of registration and hotel booking to a colleague is made at a cost of 275 SEK, excluding VAT.

PAYMENT
You can choose to pay by invoice (only participants within Sweden) or via secure card payment with Stripe.
MKON AB confirms and invoices incl. VAT. Payment terms are 30 days, but must be received by us before the congress begins. Any refunds will be made after the congress.
If the invoice address is incorrectly stated, 275 SEK, excluding VAT, will be charged for re-addressing and re-sending the invoice.
